The Flagship

A 211,401 square foot club for the families of Dripping Springs, on 11.5 acres at US-290 & Canyonwood Drive. Two gyms, a members-only fitness floor, a wellness and recovery suite, a café with a real kitchen, and four turf fields out back. One roof for the whole family’s week.

The programs, coaches and families at the Warehouse move up the road. The flagship adds membership, wellness and hospitality around them.

Why here, why now

Dripping Springs families have been driving to Bee Cave and Austin for a club like this. The district expects 13,600 new homes by 2035, and the feasibility study found no comparable facility within a 20-minute drive. The flagship sits at the town’s front door, at a lighted intersection on 290.

At the Warehouse · Dripping Springs, 2026

DSSC started because families here were spending their weeknights on 290, driving kids to gyms in other towns. So we opened a court. Then a warehouse. Then another.

More than 800 families came through in the first year, and most of them came back. Our coaches live here too. Every session at the Warehouse builds the club this town has been waiting for.
